While we always strive to provide you with the best product within a reasonable price range, there may be times we are unable to meet these requirements. In this case, if you, the client or we, the travel advisor, decide we cannot come to an agreement on price to fit your travel needs, we will cease our services. As stated above, all service and ticketing fees are non-refundable.
